Fenster lassen sich nur einen Spalt weit öffnen, nachts sehr laut durch zentrale Lage, sehr warm in der Wohnung trotz kühler Außentemperatur

La struttura è in pieno centro, molto ampia e accogliente

Sotto la struttura c’è un locale che resta aperto per quasi tutta la notte, rendendo difficile il riposo.

Der var larm hele natten hver nat fra barene i gaden. Der var først ro ved 6-7 tiden om morgen. Aircon virkede ikke, så vi blev nød til at have vinduerne åbne om natten pga. varmen. Hvis man sover let, er dette ikke et overnatningssted for dig.

Large and spacious apartment, although somewhat worn, centrally located in the old town.

If you choose to stay here, be aware that the bedroom windows face a busy street full of bars, where people keep partying until 5–6 in the morning - at least during summer. We stayed here for five days in July and barely slept during our stay. The noise from the street was *extremely* loud—shouting, loud conversations, and music all night long. The air conditioning did not work at all, so closing the windows to block out the noise wasn’t an option due to the heat. We called the host on the day we arrived to report the broken AC. She said she would contact an electrician and get back to us, but we never heard from her again—no follow-up, no electrician. After reading other reviews on Booking.com, we saw that several previous guests had reported the same issue, so the host seemed to be aware of the problem already and still chose not to fix it. It was so uncomfortable that we even considered checking into a hotel for a couple of nights. There were also several other issues in the apartment that could have been easily fixed: the kitchen trash bin lid was broken and wouldn’t close, there were no outdoor furniture on the balcony, a missing light tube in the bathroom, the bathroom fan didn’t work, curtain rods blocked the windows from opening more than a crack, and the living room sofa was dirty and had a bad smell.

Near to the old town Square is good.

The AC is out of order during all time, we had try to contact staff but got no response; although it is not very hot in summer, but it hot in the room. We need to keep the all the windows open to lower the temperature inside, but outside are "bars street"! They make terrible noise all night!!! All night!!! So if you are not sleeping at night, and love to join bar, it is good to you.

Incredible location, an attic just in the middle of Riga's oldtown, with every room being spacious, clean and stylish.

Super swanky apartment in the heart of old town Riga!! Extremely comfortable & well equipped with everything one can think of. The location is epic with all the key hotspots of Riga just a short walk away. We absolutely loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat!
