Delux 1 bedroom studio in City Centre - late check out

There is no door to the bathroom. Due to this apartament only for a couple or one person. The sofa is too soft. Only soap for hands. I think it should be at least one soap for the shower

Warm place with oven and real kitchen, so lots of possibility of cooking. The appartment is cosy and spacious. We feel home and that's perfect.

It is an old appartment with stories, some improvment could be done, for example the table of the office is not stable in center, some shelves need to be fixed better, and the hydromassage of bath doesnt work. But there are details.

Apartment is nicely located. Quite silent. Has a lot of windows and nice court/city view. Very roomy for up to two persons. Convenient amenities: electric oven, big stove, dryer separately from washing machine, separated electric heater, bath and shower cabine separately, modern TV. Closet room.

High floor without lift (it is mentioned in the listing). Condition of everything is not perfect. Design a little bit outdated, some construction and furniture is not reliable, "looks a bit tired". The bed is low above the floor. Hope the owner will fix all the things I mentioned personally. Actually, owner is very supportive and nice to talk to.

Great location (15-20’ stroll to the city centre) in a hip neighborhood. The apartment was quite comfortable (couch is the highlight) and all basic amenities were present! Good internet, and communication with Jacqueline was spot on!

I’d say the apartment was a bit on the colder side (heating was not enough - especially considering we were there at around 0, or even minus degrees). One thing we also felt missing a little were basic utilities (paper, towels, shampoos, water, etc.) - a bit more could go a long way.
