Cosy apartment

It was nice that we can stay until morning. The owner told us to leave the apartment earlier as agreed because "I am the owner. I can decide when you have to leave. New Customer will arrive and I ask you to leave when I want. If you will not leave the apartment ealier as agreed and said in Booking.com I will call Police to carry you out."

The owner can break the agreement and the times said in Booking.com. We got a small small money compensation from booking.com but the whole holiday was disaster because of "criminal" behavior of the apartment owner. According to other visitors stories we are not the only who have had to leave before agreed time/ "booking.com informed time".

Location, location, location! Apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, perfect for 2 adults with two kids. Excellent location.

The toilet bowl (flushing) did not work, so we had to do it manually, which was very unpleasant from a hygienic point of view

Location in the city center. Reliable wifi. Easy contact with the host and clear instructions about the key pick-up. Good central heating - it was pleasantly warm inside. Enough towels and kitchen utensils.

Broken toilet flush. We informed the host at the check-out. He promised to fix it.

Great location, clear instructions, good communication. Apartement is simple and includes everything necessary.

House itself is old and needs renovation (incl. floors, windows, staircase (that smelled quite awful downstairs)

Located in Avoti, a good area to stay 1§5-20 mins from centre but with good places to eat and drink locally. Reasonable kitchen and lounge area make it spacious. Quiet.

In an old block and the apartment is quite tired and in place needs a deep clean and de-clutter.
