Property was clean and exactly as described. Though the owner does not know english, she took efforts to make us feel comfortable and at home. Property is located inthe heart of the city with bunch of tourist places within walking distance (if you are fine walking 2-3 kms). It is also well connected to public transport. There is halyk bank in next block which was useful to retrieve cash. Would recommend this place if you are looking for centrally located place in Almaty.

This apartment was an absolute gem! The space was well laid out and perfect for our group. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a shower room, and an entrance lobby that added extra convenience. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and thoughtful amenities like a hairdryer, bedroom slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and even better than the photos—spacious, cozy, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to many points of interest. Our landlady was fantastic—always responsive, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond by welcoming us with fresh oranges and fridge magnets, which was such a thoughtful touch.
