Owner Ms. Aigul is such a nice host. From welcoming with Kazakh chocolates and fruits to giving farewell with sweets. Ms. Aigul also helped us in making the payment via her bank account where cash was not acceptable. She also helped us in communicating with tour agency when the tour agent was not responding to the agreed tour. Everything is perfect with the apartment. Close to Arbat street. Very clean. Spacious. There is nothing much to complain about. The building looks old but well maintained.

It is not about dislike but just for information, there is no lift but going up is easy at third floor.

Its location was good in the city centre

There was restrictions you can’t bring guests on your flat. If you require complete freedom I ll suggest book hotel not apartment

It was really good apartment. Value for money. Every place is near this apartment and the owner of the apartment also good.

1. Location. Right in the center. 2 minutes to Zhybek Zholy (local Arbat - main place to walk), a lot of restaurants, caffees and attractions. Arba Wine (showroom of best local wineries) in one block, 24x7 shops Yubileiny (food & bvrgs retailer - here you can buy BEST their own made cakes, and KAZY, ZHENT and KURT) and Meloman (bookstore and toys) 2. Large rooms, to be honest, you could locate here up to 11 people (2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 2 + 2))) 3. Very friendly and helping landlords 4. You can exchange currency in 2 good places right on the other side of Zheltoksan street (need passport to). Also here in a block you will find QAGANAT caffe, 24x7, too. 5. There is a Library in the building and a lot of street food.
