The location was great and Eleonora was very helpful. Immediately she responded to whatever we asked for. The fresh roses was a great welcome gift.

The location is great, near the free parking. Flat is spacious, recently renovated and clean.

This flat has a low traditional wooden ceiling which carries all of the noises from the flat above. I found the level of noise extreme, it was not possible for me to relax in this flat, and I had to sleep when people above went to sleep as the only way to get some quiet time. It is probably something people living in Siena are used to as this is a typical ceiling but if you're looking for a quiet flat, choose a different one. The other issue is the dampness - we arrived on a cold evening, and the smell of dampness was first thing that we noticed. Even though the flat was very clean, bed linen and towels absorbed the dampness and were unpleasant because of this throughout our stay. It's not an issue you solve by opening windows.

Lovely and well appointed apartment in a quiet part of town. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Interior courtyard was quiet and felt very safe.

Charming apartment in a great location for us: quiet and calm, but easy to walk to major locations of interest. Stocked kitchen and comfy bed and living room. We were in Siena for 4 nights during the August 2023 Palio, when many businesses are closed or have limited hours at times. We were impressed with our customer service from manager Filippo. He has good written and spoken English, and he provided step-by-step written instructions and a great video for self check-in. We had some difficulty our second night (the entry key broke in our front door lock,) which necessitated a locksmith on a Sunday holiday. Filippo arranged for us to stay overnight at a nearby hotel and offered to reimburse us for our night out of the apartment. Thank you Filippo!

The property is on the ground floor so it is quite dark and there is a slight smell of dampness

This house is one of the best places to stay in Siena, every single detail of this house is comfortable and with love. The space is amazing, the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is perfect. you are going to wake up seeing a lemon tree and listening to the birds.
