Casa Gargano Ravello Amalfi Coast

Host was very thoughtful and helpful. Location was close enough to Atrani & Almafi attractions but far enough to avoid crowds. View was unforgettable. Garage for parking is a bonus.

The apartment is on a busy road. But that’s typical of most roads in the area. Be careful when walking or driving and you’ll have no problem.

Balayı için geldiğimizi söylediğimizde bizim için güzel bir sürpriz hazırlamışlardı. Bunun için de kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Amalfi merkezine yürüyerek 12-13 dk uzaklıkta. Atrani plajına yürüyerek 7-8 dk uzaklıkta. Biz kullanamasak da evin garajı olması Amalfi için bulunmaz bir nimet.

Wow what a little gem on the Amalfi coast. I still can't quite believe it was available for our dates. This lovely little place ticks so many boxes, for anyone that has a short time in Amalfi area. First of all, you can literally walk to the best beach - trust me - that has two public areas plus a little private paid Lido, the Lido di Ravello. It's a short stroll around the corner of the apartment and down 200 steps and super cute, with beautiful water and views to Atrani on the right. Super safe for families too. We spent two out of three days there and even celebrated our wedding anniversary, can highly recommend for the day. The apartment has everything you need for a few idyllic days with the loveliest balcony and view out to sea. The host maria is so kind and helpful from start to finish, and even the owner popped up on our last day to say hello. The real coup is the location and proximity to Amalfi, Atrani and Ravello just above. And big bonus for the car park under the building, which was a life saver as there is literally no parking anywhere along this crazy road of twists and turns.

The noise got a bit much at times, the buses honk their horns morning noon and night and there was one very amusing standoff outside one morning between two buses, both refusing to move. If you've been on this coast road you know exactly what I mean. Just sometimes it did get a bit much but then it's also part of the appeal and hilarious to watch. For smaller families with kids you may find the road challenging to walk on, but then this is the entire Amalfi coast road and it can't be avoided. Just be careful, take it slow and wear the high vis vests provided.

An exceptional location right on the coast. Short walk to Atrani and Amalfi. Short bus ride to Ravello. Very close to a beach. Maria was wonderful, such an exceptional lady who could not have done more to make our stay easy and comfortable. Her kindness really was above and beyond. Fresh, huge lemons from the owner's garden were lovely, Maria showed us how to make lemonade with them. This apartment is a true gem of a find. It even has a fantastic, in-tune piano.

You have to be careful walking on the roads all round the coast, no pavement. Might be tricky with a pram.

This apartment was the perfect space for our family of 4 including two teen boys. Easy to walk to Atrani and Amalfi and a very convenient shop just around the corner for coffee, snacks, and drinks. Great a/c, two bathrooms, and very friendly host. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had zero complaints. However, if you have small kids it would be difficult to navigate the stairs to the apartment as well as the very busy road right outside the door.

Centrally located - best part of Amalfi close to Atrani. New modern apartment with all amenities. Best views ever !
