Casa Gargano Ravello Amalfi Coast

María is an absolutely amazing host! Helped us with transport, dinner places everything! She made our stay wonderful. The apartment is also in a wonderful location walking to Atrani and Amalfi which were lovely with Christmas lights this week. Plus the Ravello beach is right next door. The view out on to the water from two sides the balcony is incredibly beautiful! Many a morning was coffee on that balcony. We also loved the restaurants in Amalfi and taking the boat to Positano. The apartment has all the modern conveniences and appears recently renovated.

The apartment is three sleeping in the open living room on two beds and a separate double bed behind a wall and door. It was a bit tight as we are a family of 5 with 3 large teens but was still comfortable.

Everything was really nice. The only bothering thing was the continuous noise on the road below the balcony, but the amazing view compensated.

Casa Gargano Luigi apartment was absolutely fabulous, best location on the Amalfi Coast!! It was a home away from home and host Olimpia was very helpful. I must also make special mention of Maria who could not do enough to make our stay so comfortable. Thank you Olimpia and Maria.

The host is very friendly for helping us book taxi and get trouble sorted. Highly recommend this place with beautiful coastal views

The view was amazing even the day we had rain, you would never tire of looking at it. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need even built in surround sound Bluetooth speakers. The apartment was light and airy and spacious.

The front door opens straight on the the road which at times is very busy, but after a day you get used to it.

The view from the balcony was spectacular. Olimpia gave us very helpful information beforehand and Maria was welcoming and thorough in her hand over of information when we arrived. They ordered a reliable taxi from Naples airport for us which worked really well. The apartment was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed. The air conditioning and sound proofing was good when the windows were closed We spent most of our free time sitting out on the south facing balcony enjoying the view over the sea. The clean clear sea is only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Some people would find the constant traffic under the balcony noisy and troublesome but we found it entertaining as buses and other vehicles inched their way around the winding narrow roads. Walking into Atrani the nearest town needed some care as there were no pavements and the roads were busy. We were glad not to have hired a car as the traffic was horrid. Buses and ferries were great. The beach is only 5 minutes walk but for some the loads of steps would be difficult
