Only the location was good nothing else

First of all it was an apartment in the 5th floor without elevator. The were hair everywhere in the toilet, on the bedsheets, on the pillow so it was really disgusting. The floor hasn’t been cleaned and we also found the packaging of a used condom. So, everything was really dirty and we will never come again. Avoid this place at any cost.

Absolutely loved my stay. Central location but soundproof walls and couldn’t hear any noise. Just a 5 minute walk from the metro station which connects right to the airport. 5th floor no elevator but the balcony makes it 100% worth it! Very clean! Olya was so kind to meet late at night and even left the heater on so it was nice and warm on arrival. The host is extremely quick to respond as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Nice apartment and facilities, good location.

On the fifth floor no elevator. I liked this place but unfortunately one bed had bed bugs, hopefully it is a short term problem.

There was a bad smell in the rooms... Specially in the bedroom... The living room bed was very lumpy the mattress was very worn 5th floor... No elevator

Well located, this apartment is in an 80 year old building; it’s five floors and 110 stairs up, as there is no elevator. Olga was very nice, two of her friends very helpful as interpreters. The WiFi worked well. The apartment is spacious but has a very poor layout; there are four floor height differences, one of 20 cm to enter the bathroom. The kitchen is small, with the sink and the washing machine. The refrigerator, microwave, single cooking plate and kettle are in a small nook next to the kitchen. The bathroom is near the entrance door, while the sole heating/air conditioning unit is in the kitchen, the furthest point from the bathroom; since the apartment does not have an open concept, it’s not comfortable in the bathroom when the weather is cold. On my last morning, there was no hot water whatsoever.

Very poor layout. Lack of heat in the bathroom. No hot water one morning. Contrary to what is indicated in the listing, there is no coffee maker, no front desk, no terrace.
