Location is hard to beat. So fantastic to be in the old town. We did the best walking tour and I recommend it. The company was very accommodating to meet us as we arrived ahead of check in. The property manager who met us was very friendly but struggled with knowing everything about the property

We were 2 couples. The bathroom door on the main bathroom was broken, and broken for some time. There is no excuse for that. The TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work. Our final night none of the air conditioners were working so we had to sleep with the bedroom windows open. Luckily we are heavy sleepers. No TV in the lounge. We cannot fault the location as that is exceptional but the owner needs to dip into his pockets and get maintenance sorted. Instant coffee. No sense of luxury with the property which is a shame. 3 flights of stairs but our property manager helped with luggage. I had high expectations with the property but unfortunately it didn't live up to it. Owner needs to know there is more to renting a property than location.

They need to change contact details to the correct person. Apartment was listed as having a tumble dryer & drying rack, the studio apartment has neither

Fantastic location, right in the heart of old town. The apartment is beautifully appointed with high-end finishes and lots of little extras like coffee, tea, toiletries and maps. We even had access to a washing machine in the foyer just outside our apartment unit. When we closed the metal blinds and windows, all outside noise was eliminated. It was so dark and quiet at night!

Not a huge problem for us, but beware that the apartment is up two very long, winding staircases. It would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

2nd time in this apartment, it's an excellent appt in a great location. We were a group of 6 and booked the studio and the 2 bedroom, it was ideal. Both apartments were spotless and very comfortable.

Mattress and pillows need to be upgraded. Both were thin and provided little support or comfort.

We enjoyed staying inside the old walled palace for the cultural significance. Raphael (aka Raff) was outstanding. He met us outside the palace, took the larger bags and guided us to the apartment. Then he carried our bags up to it. We left our larger bags for a week while cruising Croatia coast. Again, Raff went well beyond our expectations by coming into office to meet us when collecting them. Full marks! Thank you again.

We are seniors, and the task of carrying four suitcases up three flights of stairs was daunting. We are very grateful for Raff’s support.

Split is a wonderful destination many things to do, food is great! The apartment was really nice. Everything you need away from home is there, the decor is as nice as you see in pictures and something’s even better. Rafa greeted us and helped us up the stairs as the apartment is on the third floor, we are all seniors, and he was so nice and helpful throughout our stay, even the last day in the apartment he came to help with luggage. You won’t be disappointed!!! Coming back

Great location in Diocletian Palace. Very clean especially kitchen which was well equipped. Good amenities though not all as described.

Not all listed amenities provided such as tumble dryer. The washing machine is shared with another apartment so access could be an issue if someone is staying in the other apartment. The large heavy wooden door of one bedroom was significantly warped so scraped very loudly on the floor when used and could not be completely opened so it obstructed entry & exit to one side of room. The ground floor restaurant and museum next door were being renovated which we were not informed about when we booked - there was drilling and construction noise every day of our stay usually starting early in the morning.
