Location is superb

It said it had a Hot Tub - it didn't !!

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. It sits in a quiet courtyard right above 2 of the best restaurants in Split; we can highly recommend the restaurant Portofino for a wonderful dinner! We had trouble finding the apartment, though, even though it it Not difficult to find. This is due to poor directions and communication with the people who manage the apartment. All you need to do is enter Diocletian's Palace through the Silver Gate, take the second right up a narrow alleyway with a small flight of stairs, and the courtyard with the 2 restaurants will be on your left, with the door to the apartment on your right once you enter the courtyard. Once we found the place, it was a lovely spot and very handy to the ferries as well as to the Palace tours and attractions.

bit noisy with windows open but you'd expect that in old town .. very soundproof with windows shut.. and air-conditioning works well..

Pro: very good location. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable.

VERY disappointed that there was no coffee maker of any kind. Even a French press would have worked. We found that totally unacceptable. Host met us with keys but was very hurried to check us in and leave, unlike previous reviewers. Only one set of keys for two couples. Host brought second set next day upon request but we shouldn’t have had to ask. And the stairs are very steep and narrow. 4 nights and no linen changes. Fresh towels would have been nice.

We liked absolutely everything about this apartment, without exception. And bonuses: Nikola and Dominik, from byGrace, carried our luggage up and down the steps for us; and a great, easy-to-use washing machine.

The're was nothing that we didn't like.

Excellent apartment centrally placed in the old city/palace. Comfortable and clean. Looks over a nice square below with a couple of restaurants below.
