Apartment Diocletians Split Center

Spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. Great location so close to Diocletian’s Palace. Much needed air con units up and downstairs. Handy little balcony. Upstairs toilet in addition to full bathroom downstairs. Wifi was reliable. Shuttered windows kept the heat out. TV was handy on the one stormy day. Lighting with dimmers and starfish was nice and relaxing (though the bedroom floor above the spotlights gets very warm!) Ana is very responsive 😊

Open staircase and tiny landing outside bedroom door was a bit scary but we got used to it. Lot of previous guests’ food and toiletries felt a bit cluttered (but the herbs were handy!) Instructions for the oven (symbols have rubbed off) and coffee machine would be useful.

Heerlijk appartement met alle faciliteiten van thuis: vaatwasser, wasmachine, etc. Ruim terras, toplocatie vlakbij markt, station, promenade en oude centrum. Aardige en attente eigenaresse. We zouden dit iedereen aanraden en hopen er zelf ook nog eens terug te komen!

Geen tegenvaller maar wel goed om te weten: enigszins goed ter been zijn vanwege de trappen.

Very responsive and friendly host, good central location. Loved the welcoming wine and fruit, spacious balcony and kitchen had many dishes, glasses, salt, pepper, coffee etc

There are no plant on the balcony, so it wasn’t as cosy as on the pictures :(

Perfectly located just a stones throw from the Riva and old town in the heart of Split. The apartment was roomy, clean, cool, and an excellent base for a week long stay on a mid budget. The host Ana was really communicative and helpful too and even left us a bottle of local wine. Highly recommend to traveling couples!

The only very small complaint is we would of loved a toaster as avid British morning toast enjoyers, but honestly it was perfect for our needs otherwise really.

The host had sent a set of photographs and instructions which showed each step this made it very easy to find and easy to enter the apartment. The host had left us a welcome pack - water, tea, fruit, biscuit and a few toffee sweets... my favourite.

Maybe the stairs are steep and we did put on the light when we entered as it was light on the street but dark at the door at the top of the stair. Some low beams

Appartement sehr gemütlich. Terrasse schön.Ana,die Vermieterin ,sehr freundlich, und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

In der Beschreibung stand ruhige Lage. Leider ziemlich direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, und daher sehr laut.Auch nachts. Man konnte die schönen Abende auf der Terrasse Leider nicht so ganz genießen.

The space is good

It needs a new stair to the bedroom . The stair is totally against the all regulations . Someone will fall down them and will be seriously hurt . Old people or children could not stay there
