Apartment Diocletians Split Center

Beautiful well equipped apartment a great location in the heart of all the attractions. Everything was in walking distance, great bakery round the corner with markets, on your door step and all the local attractions.

The property was in a fab location, just minutes from the harbour. There was everything we could have asked for to be comfortable in the apartment. We cooked a few times and had all that we needed. Our host Ana and her son were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Ana helped with car rental and tips throughout the stay. We definitely enjoyed the welcome Bottle of wine 🍷 And snacks ! We would stay again for sure. Thank you Ana

Great apartment in excellent location. 5 min walk and your in Diocletians Palace old town! Apartment is set up with everything you need! Kitchen fully set up. Great little back patio looking over neighbors lovely garden. Extra blankets, tons of closet & storage space. 1.5 bathrooms. Nice shower! Really cool floor light feature downstairs in living room. Bedroom upstairs. If you are unable to do regular stairs, this is not your place. Twisting narrow stairs. For us, it was all great!! Hosts respond quickly to any questions. Really nice stay! Can’t wait to return😎

The apartment is really lovely. It is big, clean, comfortable and has all the facilities you could ask for. The balcony is so nice. It has a really homely feel and two toilets, one with a really good shower. The apartment is only a 5 minute stroll from the riva and markets as well ad the bus and train stations.The owners were great and so helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone staying in Split to stay here.

The location was excellent, close to the Green Market, old town, the ferry port and buses. The apartment had everything that was important to us: a comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, relaxing terrace, laundry, air conditioning, and lots of space. Ana, was so nice and helpful. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival.

The apartment was missing a coffee maker. Instant coffee was available, but we expected a machine or a moka.

The stair case to the bed room and landing up stairs very narrow

The only negative would be the stairs up to the bedroom. They can be difficult to negotiate.

Great location and felt very safe and comfortable Less than 5 minutes walk to a choice of three different convenience stores offering everything you could possibly need Minutes walk from the outdoor markets and the Riva and palace Handy for the bus/train and ferry port Host had thought of everything and nothing was to much trouble ( Even offered us the use of the accommodation until our flight left at no extra charge because of the poor weather ) Fresh fruit/water/wine/fruit juice/ teabags & milk/ board games/books and even a set of brollies just in case it rains Very comfortable and homely place Lovely large balcony
