Two Views Taupo Apartment

Apartment was very light and looked out onto the river with plenty of birdlife to watch from inside or the balcony. The SuperKing bed was fantastic.

It was centrally located. Good views. The property was good size

I didn't know it was an AirBnb as I booked through booking.com and I didn't know they do Airbnb. I don't like we had to check out early and there wad no extra service provided. The dryer was not working . I prefer hotels not Airbnbs

Next to a busy road - a bit noisy.

Beautiful views, modern apartment with double glazed windows which helped to block out noise as it’s near a busy road. Close to shopping. Lounge converts to a daybed. Tv in master room & this room has a lovely view of the river. Good location and apartment was neat & tidy.

There is a steep staircase to walk up to get inside the apartment. A dumbbell waiter or small lift would have made a big difference with regard to bringing in our luggage or shopping. No garage remote was provided, so each time I had to get out of our car, enter a long code to unlock the front door, go inside, press button to open garage door, jump back in car & drive in (ridiculous). Underfloor heating in bathrooms didn’t work, but heating everywhere else in the apartment worked well. The master bed mattress was sagging on one side.. it needs replacing.

great communication, check in was easy. beautiful apartment with garage. lovely relaxing lounge and area looking out at the river. lovely kitchen with everything you may need.

It was freezing cold - the bathroom, bedroom and living area. Every thermostat was set to 20deg. As soon as the sun goes down it gets cold. I put the AC on full blast in the living area but it just moved the cold air around. the wall heater in the bedroom did not make it warm. I was extremely miserable. I contacted the company and they brought a heater which really helped. I do not see other reviews complaining about the heating. every thermostat has a sticker saying 'do not remove'. I am assuming most people when they're freezing remove the sticker and alter the thermostat

The location was excellent - an easy walk to town and lovely views of the river. The large internal access garage was really convenient and the apartment was spotless and fresh.

While the area with armchairs and table was a lovely place to sit and watch the river there wasn't really a lounge or comfortable sofa for more than one or two people.
