The view and close proximity to town

Lovely view, spacious & comfortable.

Poor bathroom lighting and noisy fan which on once to turned the light on. TV in the bedroom started but impossible to adjust. Insufficient glass ware for 4 people. (only 3 wine glasses as written in our comments on departure)

Easy location to town and Cafés. View of river

Deck area a bit small and soft seating would be nicer

Great views nice location easy walk into the centre of Taupo .

Air con in bedrooms would be good, more comfortable seating in living area

Excellent spacious rooms and great view with cleanliness and hygiene focus across the entire property

Kindly consider to have Air conditioner (AC) in either all or at least one more room (apart from main living area, where it is already installed), as it was too hot during the day and night in the month of January.
