The Famous Yellow House

Great location with easy access to photography spots. Beautiful view from the cabin. We bought salmon filets and cooked in the kitchen while we were there.

We had a slight issue with the power not working in the back half of the cabin, and did not see a number anywhere to call. It didn’t matter much to us; they provided candles, and it was perfectly fine for one night.

The location was perfect and the view is absolutely as described. it’s located right next to a lunch restaurant and only minutes away from a nice dinner restaurant as well as gas, a Circle K, and a little coffee shop. The set up is very good and it’s very clean.

The only thing to be aware of which I discovered early on so it wasn’t a hindrance was that the electricity is quirky and one of the circuits trips off every so often. All you need to do is go in the box and pop it up if it seems the electricity isn’t working.

- It is very nice view of mountain and lake. - There is only one cabin in this area so it is very private. The balcony and the view are for cabin guests only. - Cabin is decorated nicely and very comfy. We are so happy to sit on the sofa and take a view. - Kitchen equipment and all dishes/glasses are very clean.

Have only 2 pots and no pan

This house exceeded all of my expectations and the views from the property are absolutely mind bending. The kitchen/living/dining room is so comfortably and cozy and not only has the best views ever but is just a perfect place to relax and unwind. Laundry in the bathroom was a great bonus. If you are looking for the most picturesque cabin in the perfect location, look no further. The host was very easy to connect with and responsive when I did have a questions as well.

No curtains in living room. We stayed during 24 hour day light and had to constantly move our chairs during dinner due to the sun shining on our faces. Also there is a security camera inside living room which we did not expect.

Quite possibly the nicest coziest place with one of the best landscape views in the world! Could walk out our front door and watch the northern lights three nights in a row in early September! Sat on the deck and had breakfast looking out on the towering peaks across the bay was something that I will remember for as long as I possibly can. Just an amazing place. Whenever we had questions the hosts Anita and Mia were super quick to respond. Would be such a cool place to ride out a winter storm in - so comfortable.

I wish the place had a toaster as we bought bread in town but couldn't heat it up each morning. Roped off parking lot is small and requires a tight maneuver to get into. These are two nit picky things.
