Petivat Gardens

The property is within walking distance from bus station, Tivat centre and the airport (slightly long), yet somehow feels private and secluded. Everything you need and the best thing about the place is the helpful host and his lovely parents living nearby. Super hospitable and nice

The hosts are very nice people. It's in a great location. And we were very happy with our stay. Apartment ia very clean. And very cozy. We stayed for New Year's celebrations. I am sure if we are coming to Tivat again we will be looking to stay here. Thank you for making our celebrations special.

The host was very welcoming . Location is quite, short distance to shops , bakery , airport, bus station and 30 min walk to port . The apartment got everything you really need .

Landlord family was very friendly and accommodating! The apt. has modern style well kept furniture, very bright with many windows and a nice balcony, green mountain and partial sea view and it is closely located to the airport and the Tivat Main Bus station. It is situated in a quiet area and away from the main road noise. Parking is also available. The landlord was very helpful answering all my questions, and also generously providing me plenty of deliceous organic food from his garden. I can certainly recommend this accommodation to solo travelers and couples. Montenegro is a safe place to be and I never faced any issues like western countries have while being there.

Everything perfect regarding the apartment! No complaints. Also airport transfer was provided. Montenegro Caveats: Traffic was quite unnerving, wherever you go along the Adriatic "Scenic Roads" it's most of the time choc-a-bloc traffic jam, all day till late evening! Taxi drivers almost always try to overcharge and are not ashamed to try to squeeze EUR 50 out of you for a 5 km ride and while driving non-stop complain! Locals speak little to no English unless you are dealing with tour operators.

Apartment very spacious and has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Very close to beaches, nice walks, bus station, grocery shop and bakery’s.

We had difficulty finding the place (as it is in a quiet laneway). So Stefan got in his car to meet us, and take us to the property. The welcome was very warm indeed! We were made to feel like family visitors - the hosts are simply wonderful, and as we left, we agreed, we now have a family in Montenegro :).

A beautiful place near the airport and near Tivat City center. Very clean, very friendly family. Branco, Marta & Stefan were very helpful, and gave us the feeling we are most welcome !
