Petivat Gardens

The nature around is wonderful. The view is out of this world. 200meters walk to private beach. We took a fishermen’s boat and just relaxed. Kids play on the beach. The owner has a wide property with great land for kids to play.

Five star stay , Great place, Generous,warm hearted owners , they welcome you with a warm smile and full care, they provided a ride from the airport for us ,and provided all our needs,always inviting us for coffee or juice, very welcoming family, as if we were with our family. The property was modern, clean , with all the necessities for the kitchen and bedroom ,living room ,bathroom and balcony. Thoughtful attention to the details ,washing machine is available for free. A bakery a supermarket a pharmacy a beach , all near within minutes walk. Tivat airport is 4 minutes away ,yet it’s quite and the planes are limited and not noisy. There are no flights at night. There is air conditioning in the apartment.

Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect and fast from the beginning. We agreed on everything without a problem. The accommodation is exactly as beautiful, new and cozy as in the photos. There is a perfectly adequate beach within walking distance. In the driving distance, many beautiful pebble beaches and even sandy big Horizonti. We highly recommend this accommodation, it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Stefan and his family are one of the best hosts we had in a while, they were generous enough and very helpful throughout our whole stay. If you ever go to Tivat I recommend you to stay at Petivat Garden, the apartment is very clean and has a great view with all the equipments that you may need! Thank you for an amazing stay :)

The hosts were very friendly. The house is in a really great spot, peaceful with a great view of their beautiful garden. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The appartement is modern, beautiful, new and quiet. It is located about 20min by foot from Tivat city center and 3min away from the small quiet beach. There are super markets, bakery and pharmacy near by. The appartement has a balcony and wonderful garden. Hosts are amazing. We were welcomed already at Tivat airport. At the appartement there was some refreshment waiting for us: traditional cheese and prsutto, wine, fruits, water, coffee, tea, olive oil ... Hosts were always available to provide help, information, recommendation etc. Wonderful experience and we are very much looking forward to coming again!
