Localização próxima aos principais pontos e instalações da cozinha. Aproveitamos para lavar umas roupas pois tinha uma lavar e seca disponível. Estacionamento próximo e incluso. Pagamos caução de 5 euros e depois devolveram. Cozinha bem equipada. Achei um ótimo custo benefício. Voltaria a me hospedar

Demorou o check-in pois é autônomo. Até me comunicar e encontrar as chaves demorou. Localizar o estacionamento também foi demorado. A orientação é toda por whats. A cama fica rangendo pq a estrutura não é muito sólida, mas o colchão até era confortável. Achei um ótimo custo benefício. Voltaria a me hospedar

Very clean and good parking. Great location and has everything you need.

It was a good location centre of Averio. Easy excess with parking although you had to be in the parking before 9pm

The apartment needs a little updating fir example it does need painting. I understand it's an older building so therefore I except the wear and tear but for the price it was fair.

Logement clairement vétuste plusieures traces d'humidité, peu équipements, 6 ème étage avec un ascenseur en mauvais état limite ! Très bruyant c'est un logement qui est divisé en deux appartements aucune isolation
