La ubicación excelente. El apartamento es acogedor y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días, parking gratuito justo al lado. Muy amables, nos pusieron cuna para el bebé.

Por decir algo ,el plato de ducha era de plástico...al meterte al baño se nota un poco.

Location, clean, fully equipped including washing machine, comfortable, easy to contact manager & his quick response. Light and bright.

Anuncio engañoso, el apartamento no cuenta con parking para todos los clientes. Una vez que reservé, me comuniqué con el propietario y ya me dijo que para mis fechas a lo mejor no estaba disponible. Cuando llegamos me dijo que no era necesario plaza de garaje porque se podía aparcar fácil y gratuitamente en la zona por ser festivo… Aparcamos a casi 10 minutos andando con luego todas las maletas a cuestas… Si yo reservo una apartamento con parking no me vale que luego me digan que se aparca gratis en la zona. Me siento estafada, hubiera reservado algo más barato que ya había visto y que no tenía parking. El edificio es viejo y los apartamentos están reformados, los ascensores dan miedo cuando los utilizas. El apartamento debió ser uno muy grande que ahora han dividido en tres y a otros dos los vecinos los oyes como si estuvieran en tu habitación. Una persiana no funcionaba, dijo que no le dio tiempo por ser festivo pero lo he leído en algún comentario más mucho anterior el mismo problema, a lo mejor es solo casualidad. El propietario contesta siempre rápido a los mensajes, pero cuando le escribí para decir que dejaba las llaves no se dignó en contestar ya y durante mi estancia en todo momento me mostré educada y respetuosa.

Fab central location, very short walking distance from everything and good size apartment style room.

Wished to have been informed during booking process of the offered parking garage opening and closing times and days as it's something needed for consideration in case alternative parking location needs to be arranged! Being familiar with the area and a local staying in Aveiro helped me but for a tourist visiting it would have been better and far more helpful to have been informed beforehand. For future reference, offered free car park garage which is great for car safety closes at 9pm until 9am - so you can place your car in the car park garage before 9pm but only collect it once it reopens at 9am. It's the perfect place to park if you don't plan on using the car after 9pm or before 9am! Plus closes on Sundays all day and bank holidays! You can only enter or take the car out during opening times and days. There are a couple of 24hrs access parking locations across the street at a small cost if you wish to park your car after 9pm. Night time street parking is free however be aware that there can be car damages in dodgy areas so I would always ask a local before parking the car at night on a free car park! The street in front of the apartment is fine to park at night and free from 9pm-9am but can be hard to get a parking spot.
