Belvedere luxury apartment

Location is real and the proximity to the city center is exact. - receptionists (that have no responsibility for private properties), were the only polite and nice people, trying to assist us, always with a smile

As a whole we're quite disappointed. The host was not correct. There were additional fees that were not clearly stated in the description. We had to look for them in the small print. It was too late to cancel unfortunately. Important note, parking and pool need to bepaid additionally, 15 lv per day for each person/car.  - The sofa in the livingroom was broken, and floating around the room. - The studio seems quite smaller, than the description. - The terrace door in the sleeping room, can only be opened completely, no option to be partially opened, and this is a bit uncomfortable, as the flat is ground floor and is sharing the “terrace” withthe other flats. No fence to separate. - No sanitary amenities (except soap anddishwashing liquid. - The bed lining was smelly and seemed unclean. - The host was not very responsive, when we were trying to contact him for issues. - We were with a child, that had an emergency to use the bathroom. Exactly at the time for leaving the cleaning staff was banging on our door, asking us to immediately leave. We tried explaining why we’re late to vacate but they didn’t understand as they don’t speak Bulgarian/English . After switching to Russian, we were requested to clean the flat by ourselves, in a very high tone. - The fire alarm of the building switches one very now and then, and is left making noise for hours, mostly at very inconvenient times of the day. - Overall, we do not recommend, there are much better properties in Bansko and we haven't ever had such an issue with another host. We're sorry we didn't take pictures. It is for the first time any of us have such problems and we were caught out of guard.

This place is amazing. Great facilities. Clean comfortable apartment, with amazing views. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 💕

* The location of the apartment is very close to the main gondola * The responsiveness of the host is very high * The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for the long stay * Each room has a TV set

* It is important to say that the additional facilities, like spa, sauna and pool are for an additional price. * The free parking area is located quite far from the apartment entrance, so getting in and out with luggage is a tricky mission.
