Belvedere luxury apartment

Clean and comfortable apartment. Good and peaceful location

we booked apartment where 2 beds should be prepared and we got only 1. owner was not helpful claiming they prepared everything. as a result we had to book another apartment for the rest of the group additionally boiler was leaking so we had a swimming pool in the bathroom

We had a good time at Belvedere luxury apartment. There was everything we needed, I really enjoyed the big screen in the living room. We were happy to watch some movies at the end of the day. I would definitely like to visit that place again.

The location was perfect and the apartment was incredible clean and cozy.

The price don't justify the apartment itself. Keep in mind that for a small apartment and everything else from spa, pool, jacuzzi is extra charged. We were 3 people in the apartment and every spa entrance is 30 levs per person. So we spend extra 90 levs per day in spa + price of the apartment.

Swimming pool requires additional charge of 30 leva - adult and 10 leva for kids under 12.

The apartment itself is nice and clean. The location is good.

It wasn't clear that the apartment is not part of the hotel and there will be additional charge for pool, spa etc. I think it should be stated in the description and possibly to provide options for including those facilities when booking.

the compact apartment is well organized, luminous and clean The area is generally quiet.

we wish to have known that pool access required a daily fee por person and that entrance to the building required a code Also, it would help future renters to have clearer directions to the building as the people at the Belvedere Holiday Resort didn’t quite know how to help us find the right building. the GPS either takes you to the resort entrance or to a back road from where to walk to the pools.
