The host was very friendly and provided helpful information. The location is within walking distance of the city center.

The facilities were quite basic and could benefit from some improvements.

The apartment was warm and quite silent.

The apartment was very dusty and had been previously clean in a very approximative way (there were hairs on the bed sheets, in the bathroom, and in the kitchen cupboard). The bath mat had not been changed or cleaned in a while.

The host was very informative when meeting me at the property to hand over the keys and show me the apartment. The location was good: far enough out of the centre to be relatively quiet but close enough to be walkable. It was also very close to a bus stop. It was a small, simple apartment with all the basic necessities.

Everything was very good, starting from the cleanliness to the hospitality of the owner. We were very pleased and happy to stay here for 2 days, it couldn't have been better. All thanks to our host.

Maurizio was very welcoming, although he doesn't speak English

It was quite dirty, the floor had not been moped in a while, and the shower had hairs from previous guests. The location is relatively close to the center, but the area is a bit shady
