Bedroom smells smoke Upper neighbour was terrible and made noise strating early in the morning till late night, even we used ear plug it is very hard to sleep Bed sheets are small and dont fit properly Stairs are dangerous, should be very carefull not to fall down

We recommend it, the apartment is cozy, clean, everything as described. Hist very helpful. About 5 minutes from the coffee museum ☕, shop close

Mauricio, was an amazing host! Our flight ✈️ had a delay, but he made sure he waited for our arrival! We really appreciated the water & the breakfast he offered to us the next morning! So kind!!!

The apartment was right next to the bus stop from which we were able to take the bus n. 27 to the city centre. We appreciated the café and the grocery store in the vicinity, as well as the Lavazza Museum, which is less than 5 minutes from the accommodation. The proprietor Maurizio was very sweet and helpful, we had a lovely chat both through Booking and in person and his cheerful personality made our stay a very pleasant experience. He also reccommended Trattoria Bologna in the vicinity of the property which had fantastic food. We appreciated cooking utensils and some basic groceries in the kitchen, the AC downstairs and the huge fan in the bedroom which helped us fall asleep in the summer heat.

The place is very small but as that was what we were looking for, I cannot really say it was a downside for us. If you're a tourist and plan to spend to most of your day in the city and just have a nice place to crash and even cook your own dinner, the place is perfect.

Had all the utensils needed , one of the very few properties that we have stayed in that had a washing machine , lovely air conditioning in the downstairs , mattress was firm but very comfortable. Host was amazing , super helpful and waited for us to check in even though our bus arrived later than planned. Right beside a bus straight into the town , and 2 buses directly from train station to the apartment , right beside a supermarket aswell.

dirty, old, no extractor hood at stove, smelly appartment - unacceptable. I would everyone advise against going to this accommodation
