The apartment is situated in an excellent location, close to the Old Town and the main front of PDC. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, very close to the Mercadona supermarket. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A small, functional kitchen, and a lounge area with a small terrace that had a lovely view of the lighthouse. The bedrooms were spacious with. very comfortable beds. The bathroom modern with a great shower. Air conditioning in the lounge area, plus fans in the bedrooms.

The bathroom doesn't have a window therefore was quite smelly. We bought an air freshener and spray to keep it fresh. Although there was good soundproofing we could still here slight background noise from the street at certain times.

Super location, really comfortable beds, Jorge was very easy to deal with. Was on my own with my 2 kids but felt very safe. Bedrooms were very spacious and shower was fab. Great water pressure. Beach towels provided was great as saved on luggage

Beautiful modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It is right in the middle to acccess both knew and old town but it is so quite also. Washing machine is so handy to avoid Ryanair extra baggage fees! Beds are very comfortable and the host is very attentive with correspondance to know your needs, even left wine and water in the fridge. Will def stay here again.

Good wifi speed. Plenty of fresh towels & sheets. Jorge prompt with response to my emails. Convenient to shops and Playa Chica beach and bus stops.

SMELLY LEAKING SHOWER As mentioned in previous reviews, and clearly not rectified, there was a smell in the bathroom that remained after bleaching shower several times. We found the shower in a disgusting condition. The sealant around the base had become discoloured and disintegrated leaving a large black mouldy-looking gap between the tiles and the shower base – itself chipped. Water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor even after use. A large plastic ceiling panel above the shower fell down revealing a gaping hole in the plaster ceiling. The cushions on the settee were beyond giving any decent support. They need to be replaced. The settee itself is worn shabby and uncomfortable. The flat needed complete redecoration to freshen it up. The tops of the skirting boards were cracked in places and discoloured. The inside of the entrance door needs repainting too. The flat is too small for 4 adults. Cross over the road from the apartment and turn left into Avenida Las Playas you will reach Mercadona supermarket in 5 minutes. Continue for a mile or so and you’ll find an unremitting low-rise compendium of Irish bars, Indian restaurants, tacky tourist shops frequented by scantily-clad, singlet-shod, badly-dressed, tattooed, obese plodding tourists. In short what I can only be described as a rough crowd. FOLLOWING YOUR REPLY TO MY REVIEW We all experience things differently. It seems you’re only happy to receive positive feedback and take exception to any criticism of the apartment. How will things improve or be fixed unless you are alerted to concerns your clients experience or to suggestions they make? I'm glad you've had satisfied clients.

The apartment was first class The furnishings were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The host, Jorge,was there to greet us and was very accommodating.

The owner met us in person at the property and gave us a tour, making sure we had everything we needed before he left.

The steps to the door could be an issue for somebody not us

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, great linen and towels. very good windows so no noise at night. Lounge area was comfortable.

Consistent poor odor in the bathroom shower area, possibly from sewer... Cooking area was limited but ok. Balcony smallish but ok for 2 people, got afternoon sun.
