Bedroom was very nice.

Didn't realize we were going to be placed in a below street level basement apartment which was not mentioned in the booking. Living area kitchen and bathroom has no natural ventilation and one small window is so high up and set back you couldn't get to it even on a chair. So the area was very dampish and the bathroom ceilings had mould. Had a washing machine but very difficult to dry clothes as so damp.

It was close Rua Santa Caterina and Laundromat. Has everything you need for a stay with family.

If you have small kids or people with mobility issues clarify which unit you are getting. We were on the 5th floor. It was ok but if we had small kids going up and down with stroller would have been challenging. The apartment is also on a very large incline which most of Porto is up and down anyway, but good to know before hand. More pillows on the beds would have been great too !

After an issue at our original accommodation, we were able to book this property at a fair price at very short notice. The team were very welcoming and helpful with a quick check-in for the property. They provided additional towels and bed sheets for our visit to accomodate the guests on the sofa bed. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear which made it easy for us. The property itself was very homely. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were ideal. We had a nice sofa and tv area, a full working kitchen that included an oven, a washing machine, a kettle and a toastie maker, as well as a large glass table that made it easy to play uno and eat meals. The bathroom came with soaps, shampoos and plenty of toilet rolls. The water pressure was good and very warm. Perfect. The property is a short walk from the town centre. 100% would stay again.

I encountered no major issues with the property. Some shows of general wear with marks on the walls in places but this did not bother us as the property was very clean.

I didn't like the two floor separation, having both bathrooms in the lower floor. I didn't like the fact that I needed to request linen for the bed-sofa and pay 30€ for it. It's true that it says so somewhere in the info, but I don't think it's necessary specially charging 30€ for it. The flat itself was OK but the details were kind of annoying, Like, the doors didn't quite close fully, there were only 2 spoons, no broom dustpan. The walls don't isolate any sound at all. I mean, in the night I got woken up by the neighbors not making noise explicitly, just regular talk or getting downstairs to the bathroom.

"Extremely disappointing and unhealthy environment, especially for families with children." We stayed at this property with our two young children, including a 2-month-old baby, and it was a terrible experience. There was a very strong musty smell throughout the apartment, and I noticed visible mold on the walls. Despite showing this to the hosts, they denied any problem and refused to move us to another room or provide compensation. The stairs in the apartment are also very dangerous for small children, making the space unsafe. The health risks associated with the mold and the unsafe environment made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this place, especially for families or anyone concerned about safety and hygiene.

Easy to find and great entry instructions- 5-10 min walk to main areas. Host was so responsive - several small issues and taken care of same day - ie: no hot water at bathroom sink or loose kitchen tap.

Nothing except it is 2 floors so bedroom with bathroom is down steep and windy stairs and main living kitchen as you walk in. Glad we were on 2nd floor. Any mobility issues would be bad
