We loved our appartement. The communication with the staff was good.Nice neighbourhood.About 15 min walk to the center.

We had a Sousterrain apartment which smelled very mouldy. Stairs were not suitable for children. We stayed for one week - it was great we had a washing machine but would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner.

Good location, near "Rua Santa Catarina" with plenty number of shops and restaurants

Toilet cistern stopped working for a couple of times...

It’s a big apartment that provides tranquility yet still in very much walkable distance from the big attractions in Porto. It was clean, it had anything you’d need in terms of appliances for a comfortable stay and staff accommodated to the requests I had. I would book it again if I had to stay in Porto again in the future.

Outside area was pretty poorly kept. Bathroom window in en suite was dangerous when opened Staircase was a safety issue. Could have left some information on the area of the apartment particularly restaurants

Well equipped and comfortable for 3 nights for a group of 5. The location is fantastic as you’re within walking distance of the center. The sofa bed is comfortable enough.

Not a complaint, but just heads up that it’s a common terrace. The bathroom was a bit small, but well equipped.
