"A bright and comfortable apartment with great customer service"

The company managing the property were exceptionally helpful and always available to cater to any concerns. We were with two young children so having a nice outdoor space and large lounge made a big difference.

One bedroom is upstairs and one is downstairs.It’s not a negative just something to bear in mind if you are travelling with young children.

"Good place to stay with friends"

- The host has been really fast to reply to all of our messages. Even during late nights - The place was clean - Good mattresses - Good equipment - Quiet

- You have to walk a bit to reach downtown, but nothing insurmountable

"Excellent place and spotless apartment"

Location is quite central, walking distance from most of the restaurants and pubs, plus a close metro station for longer distances. Apartment had everything we needed for a week in Porto.

"Not getting a good night's sleep"

Distance from Trinidade train station was convenient.

Neighborhood was loud late at night, 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. Loud music coming from another building nearby, called the authorities and noise stopped around 2 hours later. Asked property managers for a blanket and 2 pillows to use on the sofa bed, as the living room was furthest away from the roadside windows, and managers replied that it would cost an additional 30 euros! Other properties we stayed with in Portugal generously supplied extra linens, bedding, etc without extra charge. Small slivers of soap supplied and 4 small expresso "k cups," for 3 adults staying 4 nights! Very stingy.

"Great modernised flat near Rua Santa Catarina"

The 2 bedroom flat was perfect for 2 friends to share. Nice refurbishment and little terrace but not a great view as overlooking other flats. Great value for money as best Rua Santa Catarina. It was quiet and felt safe.

The cleaner forgot to leave toilet paper but they provided some and extra hangers next day. The bath towels were quite small. More detergent would be appreciated.

"Pleasant"

Laundry machine available. There was free parking in the street in front of the building.

There wasn't an oven. Too little quantity of washing detergent to do the dishes. The apartment is in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
