"One of the only good things about the flat was the location and the big living space"

The place we were recommended for breakfast wasn't the best but we appreciate the suggestion.

The apartment was a mess when we got there, like they hadn't cleaned after the guests before us.

Good place to stay in Zadar and with a very good location near of everything (supermarkets, open air market, restaurants, places to visit, ...). The building is propped up but it seems safe.

"Nice room in a very run down building"

Stayed in the room. Room big and clean, big and comfy bed, nice bathroom, powerful shower, fridge, A/C (or heat), hairdryer, plenty of towels, very quiet at night as its on a quiet street.

Room is in a very run down building with wooden supports holding the stairs in place in quite a few spots (quite scary), sewer smell in hallway and shower (had to run water often to get rid of the smell), no iron as was advertised on booking.com

Location was excellent. Close to all facilities. Great for getting around. Taxis where really cheap if you use the "Bolt app".

No toaster or microwave. Everything else was really good. Location was amazing.

"Great little bolt hole, very central and easy to find. Perfect for a few days in Zadar."

Perfect location in old town Zadar. Supermarket and outdoor market right next door. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Property is a room with small bathroom , fridge and kettle. Double bed very comfortable and great for us as only stayed for 3 nights.

All good.
