Good price and excellent location, near the market and the shop.

Early morning a bit noisy because of the birds above the window :D Sewage smell. A microwave oven would be fine.

A great location with a wonderful supermarket and city market across the road. Also restaurants close by. The studio is modern though in an old building. It has everything needed and is very clean.
