Divinity's Reach - The upper city Zadar

Top location, friendly host, clean property, rennovated apartment with large bathroom, quiet neighbours, Netflix and Playstation!! Also coffee machine. Looks like the host really thought of everything! Bravo

This apartment was in an amazing location in Zadar's old town. It was a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to see. The apartment was comfortable and extremely well provisioned. The bed was comfortable. Although surrounded on all sides by other apartments it was surprisingly quiet at night. Toni was really easy to contact and answered very quickly and was also very accommodating.

There were only two things we didn't like and both of these are personal preferences so may not affect others. The room was sprayed by the cleaner with some sort of deodorant. It was sister on all pillows, quilts and soft furnishings. it's was extremely strong, lasted 24 hours and gave us headaches. The pillows were not very nice either. Very lumpy and high. Neither of these things should deter you from staying here as its an amazing little place, just things for the owner to address.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town, on the second floor, which was a huge plus for us. It’s spacious, has everything you need, is clean, and the large sofa in the living room is fantastic. Everything is very close by, and even though it’s the city center, it’s quiet. The owner is very communicative, and there’s no problem with early check-out (the key box is a great solution). I give it 10/10 and recommend it to everyone-it’s really worth it!

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 3. It has all the amenities you could need. Also it is has a pretty, creative touch to the decor. I must congratulate Toni, the owner, for his amazing predisposition and recommendations for our overnight stay at the apartment.

I would suggest adding a microwave to the kitchen.

Facilities and location, walking distance to important sites in old town

Toiletries like body wash and dish wash soap missing. Apartment without any view / balcony but plenty to see as soon as you move out

Step out the door and wander through the old town, or along the port or sea on either side. Lots of restaurants, monuments, bars and shops nearby. The apartment is better than the photos, and the owner had thoughtfully provided litte extras -- even dry shampoo! The washer and dryer were welcome after a few days travelling.

The instructions should include: go to the top floor, go through double white doors on left of the landing, if they're closed just push them open (they don't belong to a separate apartment). The apartment door is the town door at the end of the corridor on the left.

Spacious apartments very comfortable and newly renovated in a rather old building. Very conveniently located.
