Divinity's Reach - The upper city Zadar

Fantastic location, Toni the host was really helpful. Apartment was clean and had everything you could need.

Nothing major, but for me the only thing I could mention is the pillows were quite full but this is a personal preference as I like them soft.

Fantastic location in the middle of Old Town Zadar, five minute walk to Greetings to the Sun and the Sea Organ. Perfect for exploring Old Town. The facilities were perfect, everything you could need and more. I’ve stayed in Zadar a few times and Divinity’s Reach was by far the best location and facilities! Highly recommend!

Great location. Right in the old town. Spacious

Communal area on 2nd floor is a bit run down and could do with a clean up. The free parking is difficult to get as it is in a general free parking zone.

The location is perfect. The house was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and decoration. The host was very friendly and helpful. He received us with fresh water and cookies and was always kind. Allowed us to have a late check-out. Kolovare beach is very close and very good.

There are almost no windows in the house. There was noise from the neighbors (knocking on the walls at 3 am)

PlayStation really upped up the fun, clean, lots of facilities and cookware. owner was very nice and informative and good value

Everything! The apartment was soooo nice! With it being so hot outside the apartment has a nice shade and still plenty of light from outside beaming through the windows. You will feel the heat and thats why toni the host has an AC. This is a life saver cos it really was hot outside and coming into the apartment knowing you got an AC changes everything Toni has awesome TV! so many channels, sports, movies, TV and Netflix! Self catering is so darn cool! had fun figuring out the hob cooker hahaha. The bathroom is freaking awesome! Oh and toni has a game console, a ps4/5

PERFECT Location. The taxi was able to pick us up and drop us off right outside which is good for the old town as a lot of it is pedestrian only. Lovely space and very quiet. Good black out shutters, the sun didn't wake me. Comfortable sofa bed for my teen daughter. Excellent size bathroom and good shower. It was modern and comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.oh and the aircon was excellent.

This isn't what we didn't like, just something to be aware of. There is no bedroom door separating the lounge from the bedroom. This wouldn't be a problem for most but maybe for some. It wasn't a problem for us. I think it might be removed to get the aircon around the flat. That's way more important in August! The other is that the flat is on the top floor of a beautiful building with a lovely staircase. It's not steep, there are hand rails etc. I am wearing a cast at the moment and could easily navigate them (at a slow pace). If I wasn't in a boot I wouldn't think to mention it. Again these aren't negatives just things that might be important to certain groups.
