El apartamento está muy bien con una estupenda ubicación y muy buen trato por parte del personal

Ubicacion perfecta, limpieza y comodidad de las instalaciones.

La ubicación y disponía de cocina completa.

Había humedad y pasamos bastante frío, las máquinas de aire acondicionado no calentaban lo suficiente, y la estancia con el frío se nos hizo bastante incómoda.

Su ubicación, su limpieza y la seriedad y amabilidad del dueño.

Quizás el colchón algo blando para mi gusto.. pero nada que no se pueda superar

I have now received my deposit thank you. In all the years I have rented apartments through Booking.com or AIRBNB I have never ever been pushed to give a 10. A 10 should be based on it's own merit and given if and when the property deserves one from the person/persons who choose to stay at your property. I have some feedback that may in the future provide a deserved 10. 1. After booking a 2 bedroom apartment and paying for the total I was provided at the time of booking. I was then sent a message that if I wanted to use the second bed I would have to pay additional costs!!!! If I didn't want to use a 2nd bed I would have booked a 1 bed apartment! The only reason I did not cancel immediately was I would have lost my money paid through cancellation as I only booked the night before. 2. Both my husband and I arrived at 4pm only to find that even though we would be there Saturday to Monday you had left 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for both of us? We both shower every day or night and had to use the same towels 3 times!!! Oh yes there is a washing machine but I did not pay almost 250 euro for 2 nights to wash towels. 3. My husband and I are both coffee drinkers and like a few in the morning and then a few in the evening. As we had no coffee after the 1st day I asked if you had any more coffee pods and you told me no. Only when I had to search for your mop and bucket did I discover 2 full boxes ! 4. We had placed 1 of our bags on the floor in one of the bedrooms the day we arrived. The next morning I had lifted my bag to find it dripping with water. Your air-conditioning unit in the bedroom is clearly not directing the water where it should be and instead leaking onto the floor thus soaking my bag. 5. The reason I stated previously that I had to search for a bucket and mop is due to the fact that your shower does not drain the water away. I don't mean just a little it was running over the tray as quick as it was coming through the pipes.
