Very central location and comfortable and modern interior. Very clean and there is all you need (also good not soft beds)

One needs to be aware that it’s in an old building, not well maintained, on the ground floor. Once you are in the apartment all is perfect

Great property, very clean, well equipped and right in the centre of Zadar. Whilst compact, the appartment is very well designed and has been refurbished to a high standard. The hosts were very nice to deal with and responded quickly to messages.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Apartment Speranza sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Es war alles da, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen hat gut funktioniert. Auch die Ruhe im Innenhof hat uns sehr begeistert. Dear Marijana! We really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Speranza. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The key handover was straightforward. Everything we needed was there, and we felt very comfortable. The air conditioning in all rooms worked well. We were also very pleased with the tranquility in the courtyard.
