La ubicación del apartamento es fenomenal! Muy céntrico en pleno casco antiguo. Marijana, la anfitriona es súper servicial y atenta, responde rápido y te da muy buenas recomiendaciones. El apartamento en sí, es como se ven en las fotografías, con buen gusto en el diseño y comodidad en las camas y el sofá-cama.

The apartment is modern and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. Super centrally located but quiet neighbourhood. The communication with the host is very easy and efficient.

This apartment was perfect - very clean, very convenient, very well equipped. Host is very obliging. I would fully recommend staying here. We are a family of 5.

Speranza does not provide breakfast service….however there were many fine breakfast offerings near the apartment

There was noting not to like about this property and area. The owner/manager met us at the apartment and gave us a tour as well as providing a list of dining options close by. Area was very safe with people of all ages strolling along nearby parks and promenade. Some nearby options to review are the solar lights near the sea walk which light up at night, especially when the children jump around them. There is also a “sea organ” which plays a type of music 😄🤣 as the waves come ashore.

Nice and very clean apartment with all things needed during stay. Great localization (near to main attractions of city and so quiet) Fully equipped kitchen
