An excellent studio apartment located right by the sea. Everything is within walking distance. Surrounded by plenty of fantastic cafés and restaurants. Breathtaking views from the window, peace, and the sound of waves - all perfect for relaxation. The apartment is also very well equipped, and the host is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the atmosphere of Zadar and Croatian hospitality.

"We loved Zadar and this appartment was just about perfect for our week stay."

Location is perfect. You can see the ocean and take a walk along the promenade in the morning or just dive off the steps of the Sea Organ for a refreshing dip. Similarly you are just a step away from the beautiful Old Town and all that it has to offer. The appartment itself is very roomy for 4 people. We loved relaxing on the couches and the large table was good for bakery breakfasts and lazy lunches. We also liked the contemporary design.

Parking is tricky. We decided to pay €90 and leave the car in a parking garage for the week. 24 hr access, but a 15 min walk away. Fine for us as a pleasant walk but may be awkward for some.

Safe not working. Common areas very good but bedrooms cramped. Not enough toiletries and towels.

"Superb"

The location was perfect and a short walk to everything in Zadar. A view of the water is a great bonus. It is not large, but fine for a couple. The shower was strong. Ample supply of coffee pods.

There were a few small things. The couch had a stain, the sink did not have a plug (or we could not find it), but these were minor.

"Gorgeous and comfortable apartment on the water in Zadar!"

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment in an excellent location - right on the water and minutes to the historical center. Gorgeous views from all windows - and so bright and light. Our host was very helpful - met us the first day to walk through the apartment - and came back a few times to help us with the stove and safe. Above and beyond!

The stove top wasn't working but I'm sure it's repaired by now!
