"Amazing apartment and an amazing location. Everything was perfect."

The location was amazing, only metres away from the old town’s many bars and restaurants. The apartment itself had everything that was needed for a great stay. Modern, clean and a great and attentive host.

The only very minor downside- and this is not the fault of the apartment - is It is easy to disturb the neighbours. We were very careful with our noise levels as mentioned in the welcome pack but we still managed to disturb the couple who lived underneath when using the TV set up during the afternoon. One tip for this - we unplugged the subwoofer attached to the tv sound system to stop it vibrating through the floor. This stopped any further disturbances.

Fabulous location in old town overlooking the sea. Great modern studio apartment in old apartment building that met expectations. Good facilities and very clean. Host was very responsive.

Door to lobby was a bit sticky but not a big problem.

Beautifully appointed, large apartment in a fabulous location, right on the coast with a beautiful views to the sea from every room. It is within easy walking distance to all of the best of Zadar - Old Town as well as the rest of the City. The living and kitchen areas are quite large, and each of the bedroom is very comfortable with their own en suite bathrooms. The washer and dryer were handy as well. We loved this home and hated to leave! Highly recommend!!!

The helpfulness of Karla who sorted out my parking difficulties and was very patient with me. Also the location which was unbeatable.

This isn't a complaint about the property but a suggestion. The car parking rules in Zadar are a bit confusing and it would be helpful if there was a written guide with pictures.
