Lux Zadar No.6

The property was perfect for a short break with all the facilities needed and basic amenities and the location was great.

There was a lot of dust not cleaned in hard to reach parts of the room

The apartment is huge, very well equipped (top quality furniture, household appliances and kitchen), clean and with a perfect location. Hosts were nice and communicative, provided good advice (e.g. restaurant, rent a car option etc.)

Old building where noise travels through the floors. A neighbour complained that she could hear us walking and talking in the evening, which is annoying. (Noise was not a problem for us at all)

The location could not have been better…with sea views from both bedrooms & the living area, the property is located on the main promenade just a picturesque 5 min walk from the Sea Organ. The narrow lanes of the old town with all the buzzy bars & restaurants are accessed immediately across the road from the apartment & all Zadars sites are within a 10 min radius by foot so it couldn’t be better placed for exploring. The property was super clean, v spacious & modern, the beds were comfortable & the showers large with good water pressure. A hairdryer in both bathrooms was a bonus & a note for all those with long hair: they are powerful :-)). Coffee pods in the kitchen were a welcome touch. It feels like the owners have really invested in this apartment, the fixtures & fittings are all good quality & it is really well maintained & v well managed.

Great location in old town on sea front, easy walking distance to everything. Very spacious and with modern facilities, high quality fit and finish.

Additional pillows in bedrooms would have been appreciated, but other than that, couldn't fault the apartment or stay and would definitely stay again.

Not sure why I was asked about breakfast, as it was not included. We loved the apartment. It was furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. It was nice to have a Nespresso machine for our morning coffees. The bedrooms were nice and the ensuite shower rooms were bright and had heated towel bars for the couple of cold mornings. The separate guest toilet had a washing machine as well as a dryer. The views were great, too.

No complaints at all.
