Great location, in the center of the center. Perfect sea view. Apartment has all you needs.

Beautiful property in the center of the city, all you can ask for!

If you have limited mobility there are 6 steps you must take to get to the elevator. It’s not a problem for us but if you are in a wheelchair it would be an issue.

First and foremost, the host contacted me a day or two after booking to se if I have any special requests. Later on we were in touch and unfortunately to to my schedule we could not meet but the host made sure I had all the information needed to check-in in a proper way. Any question I had was responded to me in a timely manner. Sea view literally 2 minutes from the main square in Zadar and in a beautiful building…

This is not about the property but about the location-if you rent an apartment in such a central place, unfortunately you have to rely on city parking so you will need some patience. Nevertheless, my host helped me out without hesitation and that was solved as well.

Luxuriously appointed apartment. We were very impressed by the swivel TV, well appointed kitchen, immaculate presentation and the sea views. Perfect position in the old town near everything.

The location was excellent, close to the restaurants and shops. The apartment was large, modern and had views of the Adriatic Sea. Our host was available and afforded us some extra courtesies which we appreciated.

Although our host did show us how to use the HVAC remotes, we struggled a bit to use them the following day (perhaps we should have videoed her instructions).

The property is in a beautiful and convenient location (although everything in Old Town Zadar is easily accessible). You can walk out the door and immediately stroll the seaside toward the Sea Organ and Monument to the Sun. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and we would highly recommend it.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but there can be a little noise from outside as the late-night people come home for the night (you can also just close the windows).

You can’t find a better location. The apartment was beautiful and modern. Karla our host was very helpful and responsive.
