Very welcoming, easy walk to town, decorated to a high standard

Not enough items like face clothes, tissues/toilet roll, construction work woke us up very early (not the property’s fault but should have been warned before booking)

Very friendly owner - always looking if everything is ok. Very clean and comfortable apartment with lots of space for 2 people. Kitchen equipment is good Very close to the beach and the city.

Exceptional location, excellent communication with host, easy check in and check out. Apartment was clean.

Lack of oven in kitchen appliances, less living space as we expected, but more or less, it was a good value for money.

Great location close to the beach and an easy walk into the Old Town. Tamara, the host met us at the apartment and was helpful giving us information about the area. Bed was very comfortable and the heat worked well. Nice kitchen area was well equipped.

Very limited hot water supply meant it ran out after just 6 minutes. Had to wait 20 minutes for it to reheat.

Close to the beach and a couple of nice rest, good place and location

Very good location. Beautiful, comfortable interiors where you want to stay, with a huge, spacious terrace. The apartment is very well equipped, the description is consistent with the actual situation. Communication with the owner was excellent, fast, efficient and very pleasant. On my next visits to Zadar, I will come back to this place with great pleasure.
