"Amazing placer to stay in Zadar. Recommend"

Great location to the bus station and beach. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Very nice host. Clean room with decoration and newly renovated inside.

Low frequency noise (probably from the next room) comes clearer at night. It lasts 5 mins and every 30 mins ~ 1 hour would show up again. I have earplugs so that didn’t bother me during the stay.

"Huge apartment with space and facilities to relax."

Spacious, comfortable, fantastic shower room, amazing terrace with sun loungers… great place.

Nothing really… just be aware the terrace overlooks a road rather than scenic views!

"Cosy little apartment a couple of metres from the beach!"

Very cosy and nice decorated apartment. We had all we needed. It's not allowed to smoke but we had a table and two chairs outside so we could even have breakfast there. And air conditioning was also great to have. It's 1 minute to the beach!

The TV is directed to the sofa and from bed it's not so comfortable to watch.

Lovely terrace, spacious living area, beautiful bathroom. Fantastic situation 3 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to old town & great communication with the owners.

Nothing….more wine glasses would have been good but just a minor thing

Great spacious, clean and nice interior design. Excellent location to beach, 3 min walk. Also very close to old town, supermarkets are close by as well. Tamara was a lovely host, quick responding and flexible. We arrived very late and added two people last minute - all easy to communicate and no problems.

Apartment had everything you need. We loved the terrace. We stayed a week, would have loved to stay longer.

"Short but good"

Close to the beach and with the parking

The smell. Unfortunately as it’s in old building and on the ground floor there is kind of basement/humid/mold smell that is very disturbing

"Sunny, central apartment"

Very clean, good sized, well equipped apartment. Filled with lots of little things to make our stay comfortable such as heated floor in bathroom, great shower products, aircon, dishwasher and more. Decor was lovely! The location is walking distance to Zadar old town, the beach, supermarkets and heaps of restaurants. Would definitely stay again if we ever visit Zadar.
