Jako dobro okruženje u smislu prostora/vrta oko kuće, s bazenom i sadržajima za sunčanje (ležaljke), uživanje na zraku za stolom i klupama, gelender za vježbanje, sadržaj za djecu (hrpa igračaka, autića, koš za košarku i lopte), jako udoban krevet, svaka prostorija ima komarnik protiv komaraca. Ugodan i topao, gostoprimljiv gospodin.

Možda samo na nekim dijelovima manje čisto, tipa dlake od gostiju na jastucima za sjedenje na terasi, ne baš ugodan miris u kupaoni, ali u suštini gotovo da nema manjkavosti, ugodan tuš, funkcionalna vešmašina itd.
