Slow reply regarding everything, had to message him a couple times chasing the check in information Room was not ready when agreed time I once saw someone posted the broken shoe cabinet, and yes I saw the real one It is a nice unit but I can see host doesn't really care to fix small things around the house, like paint falling off etc I consider very slim myself and it was difficult to walk out the shower cubic No shops nearby

Convenient location for reaching bus and train stations

Strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, mold in the bathroom, the place had not been renovated or deep cleaned in a long time. Had to ask for the check-in instructions an hour before checking in since the host had not sent any info beforehand. I guess you could presume "you get what you pay for" but I've paid less for places that are so much better - I guess the location is the only thing you're paying for in this case.

Comfy, large bed, really good location for a romantic riverside walk. Warm water available. Heating units work fine. Coffee, tea, boiled water available. Easy to access and self check in!

Cold room on arrivals. Cold floor without carpet. Hard-used shower floor. Hard-used kitchen furniture. It was tricky to turn on TV, even with instructions provided.

The only advantage - location

Firstly, I had to ask the host for the check-in instructions because I have not received them before check-in time. The bathroom looked much worse than in the photos, it was very shabby. Actually the whole apartment was a bit shabby and not very clean. It was very cold in the apartment because one heating battery was turned off (in winter). Moreover, the boiler was turned off. I turned it on, waited for a while but there still was no hot water so I could not take a shower. As a bonus the host did not even apologise for all the inconvenience.
