Brivibas Yard Apartment With Parking In City Center

Suurepärane asukoht, linnamüra ei kostnud üldse. Pood ümber nurga ja vanalinn käeulatuses. Korter oli kuuele külastajale piisavalt ruumikas.

Vannitoas oli kraanikauss umbes ja veekraan pritsis nii, et käsi pestes oli ümbrus märg. Kardinad looks hubasema mulje.

The apartment has a parking for the car in the yard, which is very good if traveling by car. If you are going to stay with a family it is ok, but if you are going with friends, be aware that there is no real doors in the apartment. They are sliding and you can hear every sound. Even the walls are very thin so you can hear snoring :)

For one night it is really ok.

Location is very suitable and calm enough.

1) There was not microwave own - it is kind of a standard now. We asked booking.com and they brought it but it took two days 2) We were 4 persons but there are only 3 chairs. We asked to bring another one - no response from the owner except that we are looking forward to help you, please wait 3) Sink in the bathroom - water goes away very slowly overwhelming the bowl of the sink - need to clean it.

The instructions were clear and there a lock box by the door to collect the key. The apartment looked clean but felt and smelled dirty. The lighting was good.

This was the worst apartment we have ever stayed in on Booking.com. It was totally not how it was presented on the website. The main staircase leading into the building smelled strongly of mold and decay, in a building that is likely pre-1915. The apartment itself reeked of open sewage. It was unbreathable and uninhabitable. There was also no partition separating one of the rooms from the bathroom--as promised in the picture--and no microwave. The bed in the foyer room was only coils and could not be called a mattress. It made sleep impossible. But the biggest problem was the open sewage smell that came from all the pipes and drains. We tried to get rid of it by opening windows and running water but it was impossible. The smell made us want to vomit whenever we were in the apartment. We immediately notified the apartment owners but they never responded and ignored our requests to send a plumber or help. We finally found a hotel to move to after two nights and vacated two days early. But the owners never responded or tried to help us or reimburse us for this awful stay.
