Great location in the center, parking spot (though not always available and a bit hectic), big flat with two large comfy beds, and with all essential equipment for short or longer stay.

Climbing stairs to the 4th floor can be challenging if you're traveling with little kids or elderly companions. Also, water pressure in the shower can be tricky. But otherwise - great.

Great location for not much money, free parking included. Communication with the host was fast and clear.

It was clean, big space, well equipted apartment with Free parking place in the yard. 2 separate bendrooms are perfect for a family with with the children or separate Company. It was very warm- what is important in winter time. Even it is in city centre, apartments are calm and in good area. There were all kichen and bathroom quipment

The Iron was dirty and we could’t iron our clothes. And the water in the shower running very slow. And stairs, coridor was smell bad, mould.

1. The location. 2. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. 3. the manager communicated very well, was available even on weekends, and tried to fix issues promptly.

where do I start? The listing is misleading. 1. The "apartment with yard" is on the 4th story without a lift. The stairs are very steep and poorly maintained, broken in places, and pose a hazard for everybody, and more for families with small children. 2. the building is very old and very bad maintained, the stairwell reeks of mold. The light in the stairwell is dodgy. 3. There is absolutely no light in the yard when coming in at night!!! The parking lot and yard are frankly scary pitch black when the sun goes down. We had to cut down on activities to make sure we went back before sunset. 4. the apartment only has an electric stovetop. No oven, not even a toaster. the kitchen is minimal with minimal utensils and equipment. It has a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. The washing machine didn't work. To their credit, the manager offered to fix it.

The apartment is nicely renovated and big enough for a big family.

I made the reservation in the beginning of the evning for the next night and after making the reservation I got to know that there is no warm water in the building because of some problem. The apartment should not be oyt for renting in situations like this and especially at this price. Although the apartment itself was nicely renovated you can't say the same about the building otherwise. It is old and in the stairwell the air is terrible. There must be some mold. Several of our family members got strong allergical symtoms after just walking quickly in the stairwell to the apartment.
