I think it's a perfect apartment for solo travelers. It's located in a quiet, green area close to a bus stop. The owner provides you with a quick apartment tour and also gives you some tips for sightseeing in Riga and other locations nearby. The apartment has pretty much anything for a cozy stay.

The photo of the grocery shop provided here is outdated, since it's closed, however it's not a problem since there are a few other grocery shops nearby.

The host was very forthcoming and understanding. It was very clean & smelled nice. It was also located in one of my favorite neighbourhoods, but that is a more personal topic.
