"Nice place to stay"

It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The area itself was pretty peaceful. The apartment wasn't hot as it didn't get any direct sunlight, so it was comfortable to sleep. Parking is free, on the street near the building. Wi-Fi was strong and fast. Entry to the building with a code.

Noisy neighbors were blasting a movie very loudly with an open window one night, way past 1 am. Some cabinets and drawers could be tidier.

"Excellent apartment in Riga"

The apartment is ideal for an extended stay in Riga. Close to public transport and in a quiet location in the city. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you need in it. Parking was no issue as well.

Good value for money for one or two days, but I wouldn't stay more without a propoer cleaning. Well communicated with the city center and supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Bathroom seemed clean and we could do laundry.

The kitchen was quite dirty, if you turned on the lights on the top of the stove, it would get hot and smell like rotten grease. The fridge and cupboards were filled with old food from previous guests in case we wanted to use it - not thr typical bad of salt and pasta, but 3 or 4 bags of half eaten chips, rotten pesto sauce, half yogurt with a spoon... The rank for drying clothes was broken, and the owner offered a matress topper to be more comfortable on the couch, but when we unfoled it we saw that it was full of brown stains.
