We arrived at the property and waited outside for hours with our luggage, but nobody answered the phone or helped us check in. The host was completely unresponsive and showed no responsibility toward guests. Being left outside without any information or support was extremely stressful and disappointing. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic customer service and reliability.

Квартира находится на Арбате, тёплая, уютная, постель и белье чистое, все необходимое для проживания есть. Два балкона, на кухне и в комнате. Отдыхали неделю, парой, нам всё понравилось. Девочки менеджеры всегда на связи, вежливы, тактичны.
