This is fake, or scam!!!!

False address, I arrived in the middle of the night from airport and No address or someone to talk. Very inconvenient and scary !!!

Location was good. Spacey room.

Mouldy, dusty. Very creaky bed, unable to get a resting sleep. No bed cover. Excessively basic kitchen facilities.Very steep flight of stairs to the bathroom, no hand rails, felt unsafe using it.

"Bad experience with the cancelled booking in the arrival day"

Nothing.

The host cancelled our bokking in the morning of the arrival day. They just asked us to book something else. And it was prepaid reservation. Communication with Booking client service also wasn’t good. They answered us only in the late evening. We resolved our problem byself and find another appartment. I hope we will get our money back for this cancelled reservation.
