Owner double booking. Ph. No. Did not work. No name at given address. After arriving different people waited, said 144 Leu accomondation is full and offered substitute for 260 extra! When refused turned abusive, aggressive, slamed door in my face!!!

Great location, just off the smaller square and a stone's throw from the Bridge of Lies. The flat has big windows that look out onto the courtyard of a senior citizen's home. The big sofa with its chaise was the perfect place to relax after a day of walking around. The bathroom is spacious (although, the commode is a bit creaky). The bed was comfortable and the draperies were effective at darkening the room at night. The host Adrian, is warm and friendly. He owns the cute, cozy cafe that is literally two doors from the flat.

The window in the bathroom was not fully covered, so I draped an extra towel on it to ensure privacy. The apartment is a bit "echoey"--you can hear conversations from the outside and you feel like your conversations may travel too.

The host was very accommodating and very friendly, definitely would recommend! The facilities were great- the room was huge and was very cosy. The host came to help us with the hot water problem right away which was very nice of him.

Excellent location, just off the Bridge of Lies, tastefully furnished and decorated, managed by Adrian, a super cool guy, who also runs the coffee shop around the corner. If you’re looking for a touch of eclectic style, with a modern vibe, close to everything, and a decent price, Casa Poetului it is.

While it is very quiet most of the time, if the two elderly residents in a nearby house have a chat in the courtyard you may feel like your’re eavesdropping a bit :)

I want so badly to give this apartment a really good rating, because I just love the space in a historic 16th century house. This could have been an incredible stay, but in all my years of apartment stays, this is one of the most poorly run I've encountered.

- disastrous check-in involving standing outside the property for 30+ minutes at 7pm waiting for instructions/unresponsive host - kitchenette has the appliances but no dishes and the one cup and glasses were all dirty/used + no dish soup - clean on surface only: trash can had not been emptied, shards of glass on the kitchenette counter - limited privacy (windows overlook an outdoor walkway that give staff direct view into apartment; can hear and smell the restaurant kitchen)
